Judicial Influence In US District Courts

Many are too anxious to face the truth and want to bury their heads in the sand. They refuse to watch the news. Some fail to absorb or retain the nuggets of truth that get accidentally broadcast to the public. It is difficult, and oftentimes, one has to watch documentaries to determine what may be the truth. Then, they must remember what they saw and see if the news correlates. Or perhaps the news is mere propaganda. Maybe the documentary is propaganda. It takes a sense of historical context to reach any valid conclusions. My conclusions are that America is under attack from outside and within our borders. As shown above, the image I have featured indicates who I believe is threatening America. Likewise, the featured image indicates the Judicial Influence that I think is happening in U.S. District Courts.

The image of the ostrich trying to bury his head reflects how I feel about many Americans. They are too anxious to learn the truth.

Judicial Influence

For example, Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer of New York said, “We did put 235 judges, progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump, on the bench last year, and they are ruling against Trump time after time.” That sounds like Judicial Influence to me.

Darren Beattie describes this as “Coordinated Lawfare.” Referring to an Eastern European technique known as the Color Revolution. Beattie adds, “They take it to the streets. They take it to the courts.” This technique reminds me of similar tactics I have seen in historical films when Mao Zedong took over China. They rounded up people and shamed them until they espoused the Communist Party doctrine. There have been scores of street protests and over 100 court actions targeting the Trump 47 Administration since he was sworn in on January 20^th. There is a haunting similarity between Marxist ideas and activities of the past and those of the present. So, lets look at the past first.

Some Historical Facts

Mao Zedong was a believing Marxist Leninist on the Soviet payroll as early as 1921. In 1924, the Soviets built the Whampoa Military Academy in China. This eventually became the genesis of the Chinese Communist People’s Army. It is also called the Red Army. It is the military force of the Chinese Communist Party CCP. During Mao Zedong’s reign, his policies were responsible for an incalculable number of deaths. Estimates range from 40 to 80 million.

• “The day will come when all mankind will sing a song of triumph over the American Imperialists. That is a fact-based scientific prediction.”– Lu Dingyi, Head of the CCP Central Propaganda Department 1949
• Mao Zedong said, “Cast away illusions, prepare for struggle. The slogan, “Prepare for struggle is addressed to those who still cherish illusions about the relations between China and the imperialist countries, especially between China and the United States.”

Korea

• Take the case of Korea. July 3, 1943, the Xinhua Daily Newspaper wrote: Since a young age, we have thought of the U.S. as a loveable country… The Chinese people hold good impressions of the U.S. based on the democratic and open-minded character of its people.” But by the use of propaganda, in 1950, the Chinese were influencing North Koreans to kill American soldiers and marshaling 250 thousand Chinese soldiers to fight Americans.

Vietnam

• Another set of facts to remember is that By 1954, with the help of China, Vietnam defeated the French in North Vietnam. By 1959, North Vietnam is conducting terrorizing raids in South Vietnam to attempt to overthrow the anti-communist republic. Sadly, by 1963, President John F. Kennedy had sent 16,000 American troops to defend South Vietnam. From 1965 until 1975, America was fully engaged in the Vietnam War. This was a war instigated by the CCP. Additionally, China used sixty percent of China’s revenue to help North Vietnam. China also played a surreptitious role in the American war protest movement to dissolve the will of the American leaders to quit fighting.

The China Threat Continued

• In 1969, Arkady Shevchenko (the highest-ranking Soviet diplomat to defect to the United States) revealed that the Soviet leadership hated and feared the Chinese. The Soviets believed that China was planning to take control of the Communist world and eventually assert global dominance. There was an actual border skirmish between the Soviets and China that threatened to become a nuclear war that year!
•  In 1972, President Richard Nixon visited China. The United States and China eventually became allies against the Soviet Union. By 1979, The U.S. and China had diplomatic relations. Unfortunately, these efforts did not change China’s focus on seeing the U.S. as the ultimate enemy.
• In 2001, the export of Russian arms to China exceeded 2.5 billion dollars. China became the world’s largest arms importer. China exported rocket technology to Pakistan and  Iran, and Iran shared it with North Korea.
• In 2004, a congressional hearing heard testimony from Arthur Waldron. (He was the Lead Professor of the International Relations Department of History at the University of Pennsylvania.) Mr. Waldron said, “The new Chinese Military is the only one being developed in the world today specifically configured to fight the United States of America.”
• Another disturbing fact from 2004 concerns an online survey conducted by the Chinese Military, specifically by Chi Haotian. He was the Chinese operational commander who directed the murder of the protestors during the Tiananmen Massacre. In this survey, it asked questions concerning shooting women and children and prisoners of war. In 2005, Chi explained the survey. He wanted to find out if the Chinese people would rise against their government if China ever decided to get their hands dirty and secretly “clean up” America.

An Economic Battle

Besides a military strategy, China is also executing an economic plan.

• In 2010, China surpassed Japan as the world’s second-largest economy.
• By 2012, China allowed articles published by their state-controlled media concerning China ruling the world. They refrained from their decades-old strategy of “hiding your strength and biding your time.” Instead, published articles were written with phrases such as: “The Great Rejuvenation,” “Realize the Chinese Dream,” and “rebuild a community of shared human destiny.”
• In 2013, China produced a propaganda film titled Silent Contest. The message included, “China’s great ascension will always go hand in hand with our fight against American hegemony. This is a 100-year battle that won’t be swayed by human will.” In 2001, when China joined the World Trade Organization, its GDP was 1.34 trillion dollars. That was a mere 1.4% of the world’s GDP.
• Twenty years later, China’s GDP was 17.7 trillion dollars—18% of the world’s GDP. Trevor Loudin has said it was all a scam and a lie. He said it was designed to get massive American money and to weaken American anti-communist resolve. It was to build the Chinese military and power to the point that they could challenge America. Bill Gertz (Editor, Columnist & National Security Expert for The Washington Free Beacon) said China exploited America’s openness and friendship. Gertz said it was to bring about the defeat and the destruction of the United States. Robert Spalding (Ret U.S. Air Force Brigadier General—Author, “Stealth War” says, “America is giving our life’s blood so that the Chinese Communist Party can survive and thrive.”

The Three Traps

• TRAP 1  Market Economy: CCP’s Willful Choice – In 1999, China’s four leading banks had nearly 3.2 trillion yuan of non-performing loans. Their banking system was on the verge of collapse. They privatize their businesses and tricked their way into the WTO. These so-called private businesses were still state-controlled.
• TRAP 2  CCP will embrace democracy after developing its economy. They just wanted money from the West and never intended to embrace democracy.
• TRAP 3  Share technology with the Chinese regime to do business in China. It was just a scheme to steal technology and allow state-owned, so-called private companies to use it for their markets.

I was there! I made 15 trips to China between 2001 and 2012. Western governments and businesses conducted wishful thinking. I saw no inclination that China would do anything besides what was in their best interest. Please read this blog to learn more about why I was there. Don’t get me wrong! The people were okay. It was their government I never trusted.

I know what you’re thinking. “Thanks for the history lesson, but how do those facts support what is happening in the U.S. district courts? Chinese dragons in a district courtroom! Where’s your evidence that China has Judicial Influence on the court system? Why the Democratic symbols on the Judge’s jabot? Before I can answer, here’s another history lesson. Another History Lesson

Marx believed that class conflict was a historical inevitability. Furthermore, he thought society was merely a constantly shifting power dynamic of oppressor and oppressed. The most brutal, most repressive, wildest utopian schemes are Marxist. Socialism is always the negation of liberty.

Marx wanted the complete destruction of Western civilization. He considered that genuine human liberation from all the constraints of the past was necessary. By the 1950s, Marxist economics emerged as a discredited idea. Marxians fled to academia decades earlier. Although there was a rejection of orthodox Marxism, they held to a belief that capitalism is inferior to Marxism because it alienates human beings from their true humanity. So, Marxist humanism became a social critique of capitalism.

A critical reliance on something called Critical Theory was developed in Europe, primarily in the Frankfurt School. The intellectuals involved in the creation included Theodor Adorno, Erich Fromm, Max Horkheimer, and Herbert Marcuse. They believed that the workers in society were indoctrinated. They thought that “the deceived masses” (the workers) were captivated by the myth of success more so than the successful (the employers).

Herbert Marcuse urged white, privileged elites to unite in solidarity with “the wretched of the earth” to further the cultural revolution. Marcuse defined the phrase “wretched of the earth” to include Third World people of color, women oppressed by a patriarchal system, and people oppressed by gender. He advocated polymorphous perversity to overthrow the old social mores! One can find a more direct line from Marcuse and the Franklin School to its application in Critical Legal Studies beginning in the 1970s. The line extends to the Politics of Difference in the 1980s and 1990s and the schools we see today.

Marxist and The First Transgender Operation

The first transgender operation was conducted around 1930 in a facility run by Cultural Marxists in Germany. The operation was hugely influential. For example, Marcuse came to America, received a government job at the OSS (a precursor of the CIA), and became influential. He became a university professor and wrote books about Cultural Marxism. Also, Marcuse wrote that sex should not have anything to do with stability, order, and tradition. He espoused that there had to be a complete liberation of man from any idea of morality or religion. He taught in the United States until 1970. Some consider him the “Father of the New Left.” *

Activities of the Present

All modern radicals today talk about class oppression. They talk about large corporations having too much power and the oppression of workers, whether they prioritize genderism or racism. Yet, their end goal is to change power relations. They seek a utopian world exclusively through a massive application of government power. This utopian dream is a substitute religion that provides meaning and purpose to many children in the upper middle class and the wealthy. This dream is hollow because there is no real transcendence. The very promise of Marxism is a thoroughly profane society. In practice, it leads to thorough meaninglessness, Which is reduced to raw power.

Besides the Marxist poison taught in our schools today. The graduates of these schools are infected and working among us. Just as the serpent beguiled Eve in the past, the serpent is beguiling people across the globe. In America, the Democratic Party is infected. Ironically, the Democratic Party is noted for its trial lawyers and activist groups. They apply a great deal of Judicial Influence in our U.S. District Courts. Our journalists are heavily infected with Marxist poison. Almost half of our elected officials in Washington D.C. are suffering from the poison. The poison is also pouring in from China through social media and from lobbyists. This flood of Marxist poison is directly and indirectly causing Judicial Influence. It is an epidemic that infiltrates, divides and subverts American society. If you thought the Cold War was bad, just multiply it by a thousand and you have Unrestricted Hybrid Warfare.

SO, WHAT DO WE DO?

John Adams wrote:

“We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry would break the strongest cords as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Jesus is the only Judicial Influence we need

My suggestion is for all people, not just Americans. Become moral and religious people. I write to the victims and villains to make sense of a senseless world, a world not senseless to God but senseless to humanity. Don’t be anxious. Be strong and courageous. Jesus is the only Judicial Influence we need. Let me repeat that again. Jesus is the only Judicial Influence we need. One more time in case you didn’t understand. Jesus is the only Judicial Influence we need. Why, you ask?

John 3:16-21

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed.
